FRCA hosts a radio show Community Connections on WOON 1240 AM airing the fourth Wednesday of every month at 9:00 am. Host Roth Nhar is joined by guests to discuss issues of concern to individuals and families in Woonsocket and northern RI, and share information on resources within FRCA and in the community that can provide support to families.

Join us each Wednesday at 3:00 pm for an Information Session at FRCA's Employment & Training Center, 55 Main Street, Woonsocket, RI to learn about our adult & youth employment & training, career prep and employment support programs. Now enrolling for Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist, Administrative Office Management and Janitorial Training Programs that begin on June 17th. Learn more at the Info Session.

Special thanks to Nathan Ray, a senior at LaSalle Academy, who has organized the Generation Gap Tennis Tournament for the past four years, and to host and sponsor Rally Point Racquet Club. The tournament held on May 4th had 27 participating teams; over $1,400 was raised to support the Woonsocket Shelter. "Everyone worked so hard to make this event successful," noted Darlene Cowan, FRCA Housing & HIV Support Services Director who attended the event.
